Your mission

As a Customer Success Manager, you partner with online merchants that use 35up to help them get the most out of our platform by selling many relevant items to their shoppers. You have regular touchpoints with client counterparts, help them solve any topics they may have, and consult them on how to best use the platform.

Your responsibilities

  • Regular contact with client counterparts at your merchants
  • Sending out customer success newsletters
  • Analyzing data from your merchants and drawing conclusions to suggest improvements internally or to your counterparts
  • Gaining feedback regarding our product and suggesting improvements 

Your background

  • Previous experience in customer success / key account responsibilities
  • Good communication skills and joy to partner with your customers
  • You are passionate, reliable, and you like a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment 
  • You take the initiative when you see an opportunity
  • You enjoy working in an international team
