As a Delivery Manager, you accompany merchants that decided to use our platform during the connection phase towards go-live. As the Project Manager on our side, you become your merchants’ key counterpart after signature and ensure smooth advancement until we are jointly cross-selling.

• Managing and orchestrating the go-live of your merchant accounts as project manager (e.g. animating bi-weekly jour fixe with merchant)
• Supporting the client with upcoming questions and topics during the connection phase
• Joining tech-related calls during the sales process prior to signature together with Account Executives to explain technical details of our product

• Previous experience in Project Management
• Affinity to Product & Tech topics 
• Good communication skills
• You are passionate, curious, reliable, and you like a challenge in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment 
• You take the initiative when you see an opportunity
