As Recruiting & Talent Manager you help to hire an awesome team and are responsible for the people on board.

• Orchestrating the recruiting processes
• Posting job descriptions and drawing attention to these
• Conducting initial interviews to present 35up to candidates
• Supporting Hiring Managers 
• Onboarding of new employees
• Trusted company counterpart for the team and supporting company culture

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role including recruiting and building up a startup team
• Experience with software business models, ideally B2B SaaS, and notably hiring developers and sales employees
• Great communication skills
• You are passionate, curious, reliable, and you like a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment 
• You enjoy working in an international team
