As an SDR, you are the forefront of our growth strategy. You are eager to get as many contacts out of our leads as possible. You are the interface between lead generation and Key Accounting. You take every lead generated and guide him through the leads pipeline, making the lead aware of 35up, qualifying him, getting the best supporters aware of 35up and finally doing the handover to the Key Accounting. You are doing that with regular calls and potentially joint meetings. You identify the right balance between getting as many contacts out of leads as possible and only qualifying the right leads, to not overwhelm Key Accounting. A happy work day for you means that you could convert many leads into potential happy customers.
· Evaluate and assess the generated leads in the pipeline
· Do research on the leads, identify stakeholders in the company
· Message and call potential leads to qualify them
· Make leads aware about 35up and create desire
· Identify the most promising leads for our Key Accounting team
· Maintain your leads in our CRM
· Help the whole sales team to close deals
· You love to communicate with leads and clients
· You have a high affinity for tech products and software
· You have experience in a sales position

· You are fluent in German and English
